August 19 – Friday – Grand Opening

12 a.m.: All livestock must be on the grounds.

7 a.m.: Gates open.

8 a.m.: Grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at GATE #2.

8:30 a.m.: Mandatory swine barn meeting – all exhibiters – Swine barn.

9 a.m.: 4-H Booth Judging – Youth Building Closed.

9 a.m.: FFA Shop and crop judging – Youth building closed.

9 a.m.: Junior Fair Market Lamb Fitting Contest, senior division – Sheep arena.

9 a.m.: Junior Fair Market Barrow weigh-in – Swine barn.

9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Junior Fair Steer weigh-in for classes and weight gain contest – Cattle show arena.

10 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Vender and booth displays open.

10 a.m.: Junior Fair Market Lamb Fitting Contest – Intermediate Division – Sheep area.

10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Partners in Care – TBD -Gazebo

10:30 a.m.: Junior Fair Horse Show, Contesting Classes – Horse show arena

11 a.m.: Junior Fair Market Lamb Fitting Contest – Junior Division – Sheep arena.

11 a.m.: Junior Fair Dairy Exhibitor Barn Meeting following weigh-in – Cattle show arena.

11:30 a.m.: Cheerleading contest – Grandstand

Noon to 8 p.m.: Weigh Junior Fair Rabbit Meat Pens – Rabbit barn.

Noon to 11 p.m.: Amusement Rides Operating.

1 p.m.: Fine Art Exhibition – Fine Arts Building.

1 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Hot Shot Z Clown – Strolling the Midway.

2 p.m.: Barn meeting for sheep followed by weigh-in.

2 p.m.: Weigh carcass, crossbred, ewe and market lambs, following barn meeting – sheep barn.

4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: David Wayne – Gazebo.

6 p.m.: Six person Round Robin Horshoe Pitching Tourney.

5 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Junior Fair Dogs on Stand.

6 p.m.: Junior Fair Canine King and Queen Contest – Dog House.

6:30 p.m.: Harness Racing – Grandstand.

7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Mandy Rismiller – Gazebo.

Sensory Friendly Room Open

Bear Harrow Wood Carvers – 4 times a day – Same location.
