Update: Joseph was located and arrested
The Greenville Police Department is currently seeking information as to the whereabouts of Joseph Hakes, 57 of Greenville. He is reported to be driving a white, 2010 Chevrolet Impala (similar to shown below) with Ohio license plate JTK6270. Jospeh has an active Felony Domestic Violence warrant for his arrest and has a history of Mental Health issues.
