Domestic Violence
May 6
On May 6, 2023 at approximately1:05 AM police was dispatched 609 Walnut Apartment# 11 reference an overdose complaint. Upon arrival police located the complainant John Harvey inside of apartment 11 performing CPR on a male subject who was laying on the floor just in front of the front door to the apartment. Police then recognized the unresponsive male subject to Bradley Crum. Bradley was not breathing and his body was turning blue. Police administered one dose of Narcan (4mg) to Bradley through his nose and then began to perform CPR on Bradley. Bradley then took a gasp of air and began to have shallowed breathing. Police then noticed a syringe that was in Bradley’s right pants pocket. Police grabbed the syringe which was capped and noticed that there was blood on the inside of it. Greenville Township Rescue then arrived on scene and administered one dose of Narcan (2mg) by IV to Bradley. Soon after this Narcan was administered Bradly became responsive. The color to Bradley’s body then started to return and he was profusely perspiring with sweat which caused his entire t-shit to become soaked in sweet. Greenville Township Rescue then asked Bradley a series of questions which he was able to answer correctly. Bradly denied using any illegal narcotics such as an opioid. Police then asked Bradly why police found a hypodermic syringe in his pants pocket and he stated that he did not know. Bradly then admitted that the last time he used drugs was about a month ago. Police searched the rest of Bradly’s person and no other contraband was located. Police also searched Bradly’s black bookbag which was laying next to him while he was unresponsive on the floor. Police located a small white scale and a small teal colored container that had a white residue inside of it. No other contraband was located inside of the bookbag. In total Bradly was administered three doses of Narcan (6mg). Bradly signed a refusal for treatment. Police then had dispatch run a CCH on Bradley and the results of the CCH showed that Bradley was convicted of possession of a controlled substance on April 20, 2022 through the Darke County Common Pleas Court. Police issued a misdemeanor citation to Bradley for Drug Abuse Instrument which due to the pervious 2925.11 conviction enhances the degree to a misdemeanor of the first degree. Bradley was issued his copy of the citation and he was advised of his mandatory court date.
May 6
On May 6th, 2023 at approximately 11:12 PM police was dispatched to the Greenville Police Department Lobby in reference to a possible domestic that occurred in the Greenville City Park. In the lobby police met with the complainant, Elizabeth Allen who advised she and her husband Ambrose Allen had been at a friend’s house in Ansonia. Elizabeth advised Ambrose got drunk and became angry with someone at the residence. As they were traveling through the City Park on their drive home, she advised Ambrose began jerking the steering wheel and stated something about them dying together. Elizabeth advised they argued and she elbowed Ambrose in the face, she stated he then struck her on the right side of her face. Police did not observe any marks on Elizabeth’s face. She stated she then told him to get out of the vehicle and she left him in the Park. Police located Ambrose at his and Elizabeth’s residence, 431 Tecumseh Street. Police advised Ambrose would only talk to them through the screen door and was uncooperative, denying anything physical occurred between the two. Elizabeth went back to the residence while Officers stood by so she could gather items for the night to stay elsewhere. The was no evidence of anything physical having taken place and there were no school age children present. BCI only.
Assault
May 7
On May 7, 2023 at approximately 6:10PM police was dispatched to 122 West Main Street (Greenville PD) in reference to a assault that had occurred on May 6, 2023. Upon arrival police met with the victim/complainant, Ashley Boseke, who advised that on May 6, 2023 at approximately 3PM hours she was struck in the face by Bronson Fisher. Ashley advised that at the time of the incident she was at Fisher’s grandmothers house at 215 Eleventh Street, where Fisher is currently staying. She advised that at the time of the incident they were sitting on the couch in the living room with their shared 3 year old female child. Ashley advised that leading up to the incident Fisher had gone to the kitchen area of listed residence several times and had been taking shots of an alcoholic beverage that she believed to be liquor. Ashley advised that after approximately Fishers seventh or eighth time to the kitchen he came back out to the living room and accused her of having sexual intercourse with a K9. She advised that Fisher then began to dig dirt out from under her finger nails smelling it and stating to her that he knew she had been having sexual intercourse with a K9 because he could smell it. Ashley stated that Fisher then stood up with their child in his arms and with his left hand grabbed her around the throat while continuing to accuse her of having intercourse with a K9. She advised that Fisher then put down their daughter and spun/pushed her to the other side of the room. Ashley advised that Fisher then took his hand off her throat and with the back of his right hand struck her on and across the right side of her face causing her to have a black eye. Police was able to observe the bruising that stretched from the bottom side of her right eye and down onto her right cheek just above the upper jaw line. No other injury’s were observed. Photo’s were taken of Ashley’s injuries. Ashley was also given and completed a witness statement form and a victim’s rights form. Police was able to go to the listed address on Eleventh Street and speak with Fisher. Fisher denied the assault. subsequently Fisher was issued a citation for assault. He was advised of his court date and given all necessary copies of his paperwork.
Domestic Violence
May 8
On May 8, 2023 at approximately 1:24AM police was dispatched to 125 Eastwood Drive in reference to a report of domestic violence. Police spoke with Katie Day who reported that she had gotten into an argument with the father of her child; Jordan Bailey. Katie reported that during the argument Jordan had “pushed her head down” and she had struck him so that he would release her. Katie stated that Jordan had been trying to get her out of the residence at the time the altercation took place. Katie stated the argument had been about her wanting to leave the residence with their son; the son and Jordan didn’t want her to take him. While speaking with Katie other police spoke with Jordan. Katie denied having any injuries and there were no apparent injuries visible. Katie stated that she had been living at the residence with Jordan for approximately 6 months. Katie stated that there was not any custody agreements that had been established through the courts. Katie took custody of the child and went to stay at her mother’s house for the night. Both parties were given the report number and advised on how to obtain a copy. BCI only/ No school age children present.
Theft
May 8
On May 8th, 2023, at approximately 10:37AM police was dispatched to 5438 State Route 49 South, Colonial Mobile Home park Lot #31 on a report of a theft. Upon my arrival, police made contact with the victim/complainant, Daniel Subler. Daniel advised that his listed black 26 inch Radio Legion bike was stolen from in front of his trailer at lot #31. Daniel advised that he last saw the bike on May 7th, 2023 at approximately 2200 hours before he fell asleep and found it was stolen at approximately 10:30AM this morning. Daniel advised that the serial number is #DI21G00251 and that it had white on the right side. Daniel advised that he paid $1,100.00 for the bike and that he still owes money on the bike from Countryside Bike Shop. Daniel advised that he believed that Ralph Bailey stole his bike because he had been there last night. Police advised Daniel that myself and other officers had seen Ralph today but he did not have a bike. Daniel advised that he did not know who else would have his bike. Police attempted to call Ralph by his listed phone number but it would not go through. Daniel was given a victim rights card. No witnesses or further suspects.
Fugitive from Justice/Assisting other agency
May 8
On May 8th, 2023, police was in contact with an Adult Parole Officer and she asked police to meet her at 307 Oxford Drive Apt #202 reference Bryan Black. Upon arrival, police made contact with Bryan who was standing on the porch talking to Brenda black, his wife. Bryan was then placed under arrest by the Adult Parole Officer and placed in handcuffs. Bryan was searched incident to arrest and no contraband was found. Police then transported Bryan to the Darke County Jail where he was incarcerated on a Parole Hold.
Vandalism
May 9
On May 09, 2023 at approximately 8:30 PM police responded to 725 East Harmon Drive; Greenville City Park reference a vandalism complaint. Police made contact with the complainant, Gaige Barnett. Gaige stated that he witnessed three juveniles writing on a billboard that’s located next to shelter house #4. Gaige stated that when the juveniles saw him calling the police, they ran southbound from the scene on foot. Gaige stated that one of the juveniles was wearing a yellow sweatshirt. Police saw that the billboard had several drawings, multiple initials and “I like to play Gaypex” written on it with black marker. The billboard has an attached ladder that must be climbed to access it. Police then searched the area before locating three juveniles walking eastbound in the 700 block of East Water Street. One of the juveniles had a yellow sweatshirt tied around his waist. Police identified the three juveniles. The three juveniles each admitted to writing on the billboard with a black marker before disposing of the marker in a trash can and running away from the scene. Police checked each of the juvenile’s hands and saw that they all had black marker stains on their hands. Police then learned that 2 of the juveniles were each cited for criminal mischief on 05/03/2023 for a separate incident. The 3 juveniles were each cited for criminal mischief and advised that their court dates would be set by the juvenile court. Police took photographs of the billboard.
Weapon Law Violations
May 10
On May 10th, 2023 police was dispatched to the area of 518 E. Fourth St. in reference to a subject with a firearm. Dispatch advised the complainant, Olivia Debord, stated Adam Fisher was in the listed 2002 Freightliner white rollback wrecker and pulled a gun. While enroute dispatch advised that the white wrecker pulled in behind 611 E. Fifth St. and then shortly after left. Police observed the vehicle westbound on E. Fifth in the area of Locust. Police turned around and the vehicle pulled over on Fifth St. near Ash St. Adam Fisher exited the vehicle on the driver’s side and was ordered to place his hands on the rear of his wrecker. After several moments Fisher was ordered back to the cruiser where he was placed into handcuffs. After Fisher was detained other police who arrived on scene made contact with the passenger, William Watts Jr. Police spoke with Fisher and advised him of the complaint. Fisher denied the allegations and said he did not have a gun or point a gun at Debord. Fisher consented to a search of his person where no illegal contraband was found. Fisher stated that he saw Debord parked on E. Fourth St. talking to a guy in a black mustang. Fisher stated that he attempted to talk to Debord before she left the area. Fisher is on probation with Tom Fourman. Fourman arrived on scene and searched the listed vehicle. Fourman found the CMC gold and brown, black powdered pistol behind the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Another sweep for firearms was done in the vehicle but no others were located. Fisher stated he believed that he could own a black powdered gun and denied knowing it was illegal for him to possess. Fisher was convicted of possession of a controlled substance an F5 on November 28th, 2022 which would prohibit him from having the firearm. Fisher was placed under arrest for having weapons under disability as well as a probation violation from Tom Fourman. Fisher was transported to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office jail. The CMC firearm was packaged and placed into GPD property as evidence.
Trash Dumping
May 10
On May 10, 2023 at 9:24 AM police responded to 127 West Harmon Drive in reference to a trash complaint. Police observed a large amount of trash in the yard at the rear of the residence and in the alley at the east of the residence. A trash notice was posted at the front door of the residence. Police learned the residence was recently purchased, 03/2023 by North Star Mtg, LLC, 8950 Cypress Waters Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019. Contact was made with Elizabeth, North Star Mtg, LLC. Elizabeth was advised of the trash complaint. Elizabeth was advised a trash notification was posted at the front of the residence and North Star Mtg, LLC had five days to remove the trash. Elizabeth advised while speaking to the officer she sent an internal email to Property Preservation Team who handles such complaints as trash. Elizabeth was unable to provide the officer any other contact information and advised she did not have an email to provide the officer as all emails are on an internal computer system. Elizabeth provided Property Preservation Team this officer’s name and contact information. An email was sent to Safety Service Director, Ryan Delk. The residence will be checked in five days to learn if the trash has been removed.
Domestic Violence
May 10
On May 10, 2023 at 12:19PM police responded to 330 E. Main St. in reference to a complaint of domestic violence. During the investigation it was learned that Joseph Mogle and his mother, Linda Mogle were in a verbal argument over property items. Joseph was warned for trespass and left the property. No school age children were present. BCI only.
Theft of a vehicle
May 10
On May 10, 2023 at approximately 11:19 PM police responded to 122 West Main Street reference a stolen vehicle that was taken from 520 Ash Street. Police made contact with the complainant and owner of the vehicle, Nakysha Mcnutt. Nakysha stated that her Tan Honda Pilot was stolen from her residence at 520 Ash Street. Nakysha stated that she returned home in the vehicle at approximately 6:30PM and parked it in the back yard. Nakysha stated that she was inside for about 10-15 minutes when she looked out the back window and noticed that it was missing. Nakysha was home alone during this incident.
Nakysha stated that the car was unlocked and there is only one key that she had with her. Nakysha stated that the car had approximately 1/4 tank of gas. The car also has a dent and a scratch under the drivers side mirror, as well as a sticker on the back window that says “Ridin with my Homies” and a white frog sticker on the back window. Nakysha purchased the vehice from Prime Motors in Dayton, OH and finances through Car Financial. Nakysha stated that she is 2-3 months behind on payments. Nakysha stated that there is nobody that she can think of that would have taken her vehicle and she did not hear or see anything suspicious before it was taken. There are no cameras in the area that would have captured this incident. Police spoke to neighbors at 238 East Fifth Street who also stated that they had not seen anything. A voicemail was left for Prime Motors to see if the vehicle was possibly repossessed. Police spoke with McNutt’s boyfriend, Terrence Liggins, who resides with her. He stated he had been in Richmond all day and had no knowledge of the vehicle missing. The vehicle was entered into LEADS/NCIC as stolen. Nakysha filled out a written statement and a victims rights form reference this incident.
Warrant/Fugitive from Justice
May 12
On May 12, 2023 at approximately 3:47 AM police arrived at 400 North Gray Avenue to serve a misdemeanor warrant. Police had prior knowledge that Abigail Johnson was residing at the listed residence. Abigail has an active misdemeanor warrant out of the Miami County Sheriff’s Office on an original charge of a traffic violation with a $584 bond. Police attempted to make contact at the front door to the listed residence. Police could hear subject’s voices coming from inside of the residence but no one would answer the door. Police noticed that Abigail’s 2010 Black Jeep was parked on the street in front of the residence. Dispatch made contact with Abigail by telephone and she agreed to meet officers at her front door. Abigail then opened the door and police advised her of the active warrant. Abigail was placed into handcuffs. Dispatch then confirmed the active warrant through the Miami County Sheriff’s Office. Abigail was searched incident to arrest and no contraband was located. Police then transported Abigail to the Darke County Miami County line at Marshall’s Shell gas station 9990 US Route 36. Abigail was exchanged with the Covington Police Department.
