GREENVILLE – On Tuesday, Sept. 21, the Greenville Public Library will be updating its library cataloging system and patrons will be unable to access our records, both online and in the library building.
During this update, Libby, Overdrive and Freegal apps will also be affected.
This update may take most of the day, so we are encouraging patrons who plan to renew or checkout materials to do so at another time. This will impact browsing our online catalog as well.
We will remain open September 21, and our other services will be available. Anyone wishing to use a computer, send a fax, or make copies may do so at any time during our regular business hours. However, since patrons will not be able to use their library card to access the computers, a guest pass will need to be obtained from the Reference Desk to log on.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and welcome anyone with questions to call us at (937) 548-3915.
