GREENVILLE – After two months of reading and hundreds of entries submitted, the Greenville Public Library Summer Reading Program has come to an end.
Carol Cox was the winner of the grand prize iPad. Other adult winners were: For the Fur Babies – Harlee Cross; Just Add Elbow Grease – Linda Kinninger; Squeeze the Day – Sandra Clements; Stop and Smell the Oils – Abby King; Sweet as Can Bee – Jessica Santo; and Wonderful Wanderings – Cloie Garn.
Drawn from the 491 kids who entered the Summer Read, the winner of the youth grand prize electric scooter was Adley Cox. Hayley Funk and Jude Santo were the winners of two Kindle Fires, and four Kings Island tickets went to Ethan Cross.
Teen prize bag winners were: Damian Coppess, Nathaniel Drees, and Aubrey Garber. Children’s prize bag winners were: Annie Donthnier, Eliyanah Frady, Holland King, Caleb Shepherd, Mav’Ric Gregorace, Malachi Marrington, Hazel DeRegnaucourt, Calvin Roessner, Adelyn Lavey, Townsley Briggs, Zane Drees, Violet Davis, Skylar Crafton, Madison Neal, Connor Lux, Phillip T., Nihla Merill, Jackson Lavey, Brooklyn Kruckeberg, and Jon Singer.
