The Greenwave Boys bowled in the Back to School Bash in Fairfield, OH on Saturday, January 7th.
The boys struggled on the pattern that was on the lanes, but bowled their way into the tournament. They bowled 2 games and 4 bakers to qualify 28th out of 33.
This seeded them into the tournament against the 5th seeded team. The boys bowled their hearts out and beat the 5th seeded team 2-0 in the bracket tournament.
The wind blew out of their sails and were taken out of the tournament in the 2nd round.
It was an excellent learning opportunity for the team.
On Monday, January 9th, the Greenwave boys traveled to Beaver-Vu Lanes and took on Stebbins.
The Boys were down 38 pins after their first game and down 67 pins after the second game.
They ended up falling a little further behind in the bakers to finish up 95 pins down.
Alex Hadden led the team with a 215 high game and a 399 high series.
