The Greenwave Varsity Bowling teams traveled to Piqua today for a match.
The girls jumped out to a huge lead on game 1 by almost 200 pins. After that, the rest of the games were pretty much even with Piqua winning game 2 and baker 2, but Greenville winning the first baker.
Trinity Bowling joined the 200 club again with a high game of 213. Marissa Boney snuck past Trinity and took the high series with a 357.

Piqua came out guns blazing in game 1 with 1 of their boys bowling a 298 and another bowling a 266. Greenville had 2 boys that each bowled a 214, but it wasn’t enough to keep up with Piqua. They jumped out to an early lead of 94 pins. The boys cut that lead to 66 after game 2 and down another 5 after baker 1. Things fell apart in baker 2 and we weren’t able to overcome the deficit.
The boys were led by Conner Leas with a 224 high game and a new personal best high series of 438.
