Greenwave Varsity Bowling: Girls fall to Butler, Boys defeat them

The Greenwave Bowling Teams traveled to Huber Heights to take on Butler.

Butler had some amazing games to start the match off and put us at a large deficit after game 1.  All of the girls struggled on game 2 and the deficit grew significantly.  The baker games were much more even as the girls lost by 10 on the first game and won by 11 on the 2nd.

Addy Arnett had the high game with a 200 and Trinity Bowling had the high series with a 338.

The boys came out to play with the lowest score out of the 5 on the first game being a 176.  Johnny Floyd set a new Personal Best with a 234 in game 1 which was the high individual game of the day.  The boys were ahead by 185 pins after game 1 and continued to extend their lead in game 2 and each baker.  The boys fired off a 237 in their 2nd baker which allowed them to beat Butler by over 400 pins.

The boys were led by Michel Thompson with a high series of 399.

The teams will host Piqua at Woodcrest on Monday.
