Greenwave Varsity Bowling teams lose to Sidney

The GreenWave Varsity Bowlers traveled to Sidney today for an away match.

The girls came out swinging with the first game ending in a tie.  The girls fell off a little bit in game 2, falling down by about 80 pins.  The girls were able to win one of the bakers, but it wasn’t enough in the end.  The girls were led by Addy Arnett with a high game of 226 which was also a personal best.  She also got the high series with a 399.

The Sidney boys were able to get 3 boys to post 200+ games, but Greenville wasn’t going down without a fight as 2 of our boys put up 200+ games.  The second game the boys fell off a little bit while Sidney stayed the same.  The Greenwave boys were able to win both baker games, but it wasn’t near enough to make a come back.  The boys were led by Luke Kiser with the high series of 415, but Conner Leas got the high game with a 218.

The teams will travel to Huber Heights to face Tippecanoe on Monday.
