It’s been a good year.
Really, …it has. You’re still here, right ?
Some very good things happened. But you are correct, some not so good stuff, as well. Along with many things in between which taught us lessons, and prepared us better for our future.
–The G.O.P. took back control of the U.S. House of Representatives, ….a very good thing.
–Nancy Pelosi will no longer be the Speaker of the House in D.C., ….an even better thing.
–No more Plandemic, ….a good thing. But before anyone celebrates too quickly, truth is, ….there never was one. Those who tested positive for it, and those who had their cause of death listed as being from this disease, ….had the Flu, nothing more. True, a very bad strain of the Seasonal Flu in some cases, but certainly not all, nor even close to all, however this was nothing new, and nothing we didn’t already know about previously. And for decades.
–The Lefty Media is going in the dump, finally. A very good thing. The daily ratings for CNN and MSNBC, combined, do not equal any single show on Fox News each night, and both of these Dem mouthpieces are watched by less than 750K people, during any given hour of the evening period. And ABC, NBC, CBS, and PBS are all down significantly in the ratings, while Fox News and NewsMax are way up. Very cool.
–The Republicans have found several new and potentially strong leaders from all over the country. Another very good thing, for everyone. From several different areas, and levels of government. Some Governors, like DeSantis of Florida, Abbott of Texas, Kristi Noem of South Dakota, and some candidates for Gov. who came close, but who showed strength and promise anyway, like Kari Lake of Arizona (who could yet be Governor, in this election), and Lee Zeldin in New York.
–The G.O.P. has a very strong “bench”, nationally, which is always a good thing, while the Dems have next to nothing to reach back to, which is “you betcha” a good thing, for the country. When a political party’s strongest candidate is Gavin Newsome, the incompetent Gov. of California, that’s also a good thing for our nation, because he, and they, will have no shot at the Presidency in 2024, not against the Big Boppers on the Republican side, and with him at the top of their ticket, the Dems are likely to also lose Senate seats, and more Governorships. And that’s really good for everyone.
–Elon Musk, like him or not, rescued Twitter, and saved a very large portion of the Free Speech in the U.S., in the process. Whether he’s a Liberal or a Conservative (he’s actually an “issue by issue” kinda guy), a Capitalist or a Socialist, a saint or a “Satanist”, as some crazed folk have called him, he runs his life and makes his business decisions based on Common Sense, and what’s good for people who work hard, and have ethics and integrity. And that is nothing but good for all of us. (Even though he’s making a big mistake making electric vehicles, which have no chance of succeeding, long term, ….imho.)
–Zuckie boy seems to be headed permanently South, along with his little toy that so many people play on every day. And that’s a good thing, for sure. Not for stockholders, nor for him personally, but maybe now some other forum will appear which lets everyone speak to one another, about whatever they want to, and in whatever way they feel like, without being censored or banned. All basic, Constitutional rights and stuff here, and a very good thing, indeed. See ya Zuck,
–NASA, the U.S. space agency, sent an unmanned rocket and capsule to the moon this week, in preparation for ….oh, never mind. Who cares about that waste of money ???!!
–While the Dems are still playing with, and manipulating elections all over our country, ….a very bad thing, it seems that at least this time the rest of us, who only want a fair and honest election each time, have rooted them out and exposed them for their dastardly deeds, and have made America more aware of just how clandestine, nefarious, and BAD all these practices really are.
A very good thing, if people will listen, and then go and fight against all of this, no matter where, and no matter against whom.
–I am writing this to all of you, and you are all reading it now, because we have all made through another year on this planet, as it circles our little, but essential star. And that’s a good thing, ….doncha think?
As they say in sports, and in elections, ….a Win is a Win, and really, all that matters. And almost always a good thing.
Surviving all the tumultuous chaos and complicated, not always legal nor kosher, trials and tribulations of simply waking up and making it through another day, and another year, is something to be celebrated, and then used to move forward to make it through the next one.
And for sure, ….beats the alternative.
Embrace the good things, from this past year, while fixing or even ignoring the not so good stuff. Especially that bad stuff.
And Remember: Make America Great Again, ….is for Everyone.
