Julia Ann Branham, 68, of Rossburg, Ohio, passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
She was born on October 23, 1953, in Richmond, Indiana, to the late Clyde H. and Julia (Shipley) O’Conner.
In addition to her parents, Julia was preceded in death by her husband James W. Branham; her son Billy Joe Musselman; her brothers, Daniel, Robert and David O’Conner; and her sisters, Janice Oler, Effie Myers, and Hazel O’Conner.
Julia loved working with her hands. Either painting, sewing, or using her hands to care for others, she was always giving to others. Her favorite pastime was being Grandma. She loved her grandchildren and devoted countless hours playing with them, teaching them to sew and craft, and assembling the many toys, trainsets and other crafts. She loved to sew and has made many quilts for her family. She enjoyed making crafts and painting. The grandkids looked forward to painting Christmas tree ornaments every year with Julia and they will forever sprinkle the families Christmas trees for years to come.
Julia is survived by her children, Julia (Shane) Laux of Greenville, Ohio, Aaron (Holly) Musselman of Casstown, Ohio, and Crystal (Mike Gross) Horne of Rossburg; her grandchildren, Megan, Ian and Dalton; her sisters, Margie Jones of Richmond, Mary Deathridge of Richmond; her brother, Stephen (Janice) O’Conner of Dunkirk, Indiana; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of her family.
