Kenneth J. Hoehne age 60, of Versailles passed away at 6:42 AM on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
Kenneth was born April 4, 1961, in Sidney to Doris (Hoelscher) Hoehne of Ft. Loramie and the late Urban Hoehne. In addition to his father, Kenneth was also preceded in death by a sister, Chris Otte.
In addition to his mother, Kenneth is survived by his sons & daughter-in-law, Scott Hoehne of Versailles and Chad & Rhonda Hoehne of Black Hawk, Colorado; siblings, Jean & Bruce Watercutter of Ft. Loramie, John & Michelle Hoehne of Houston, Shell Barga of Ft. Loramie and Andy & Katie Hoehne of Russia; brother-in-law, Tom Otte of Osgood; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Kenneth was a 1979 graduate of Russia High School. He worked construction for over 30 years. Kenneth enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
A prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 30, 2021, at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Fr. Jim Simons officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home with casual dress requested by the family. A celebration of Kenneth’s life will be scheduled at a later date.
