Adopt, don’t shop. If you’re looking for a 4-legged companion, please check the Darke County Animal Shelter. They always have dogs looking for a new loving home. They just got 4 new dogs in and there is also Wrangler, their longest resident. Already 2 months in the Shelter and still waiting for “his” human who brings him home.
All of the dogs in the Shelter got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines, are dewormed and are heartworm negative and microchipped.
The Shelter’s adoption fees are $90 cash/check (since Wrangler is already that long in the Shelter, the adoption fee for Wrangler is only $45 – including the current year license). Their visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
