
On April 22, 2025, Darke County Sheriff’s Deputies and Greenville Police coordinated the execution of three narcotics search warrants in the city of Greenville, resulting the arrest of four persons.
In a search warrant executed at 517 Pine St., Greenville, Raul Dean, age 34, of Greenville, Ohio, was arrested by Greenville Police on pre-trial release violations stemming from a pending charge of Aggravated Arson. Further charges are pending stemming from the search of this home.
In a search warrant executed at 504 ½ Washington Avenue, Greenville, Chet Musselman, age 26, of Greenville, Ohio, was arrested by Darke County Deputies on the following charges;
Trafficking in drugs, a 2nd degree felony, due to having bulk amounts of methamphetamines.
Unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance, a 5th degree felony, for being in possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
In a search warrant executed at 526 E. Main Street, Greenville, Aaron Rutschilling, age 29, of Greenville, was arrested by Darke County Deputies on the following charges;
Trafficking in drugs, a 2nd degree felony, due to having approximately 71 grams of methamphetamines.
Rutschilling was also charged for having weapons under disability, a 3rd degree felony, after a 45 caliber handgun was located in his home. Rutschilling is prohibited from possessing or using firearms due to previous felony convictions. Additionally, deputies seized over $1,000 cash believed to be connected to drug activity.
Hannah Hodge, age 24, of Greenville, Ohio, was also arrested and charged for trafficking in drugs, a 2nd degree felony. Hodge resides in the home with Rutschilling.
In a separate incident, Greenville Police and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority arrested Johntay Lane, age 28, of Dayton (OH) in reference to a parole violation. Mr. Lane is on parole for possession of drugs. Mr. Lane was arrested at 709 Euclid Avenue, Greenville, Ohio.
