Patricia Mae (Westfall) Fultz, 76, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away at the University of Cincinnati Hospital, Sunday January 12, 2025, at 6:11 PM. Patricia was born January 8, 1949, in Piqua, Ohio, the daughter of the late Mary Jane (Bowers) and L.G. Westfall.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, as well Brother, Lee Westfall, Sister In Law, Judy Westfall, and Father In Law, Glenn Fultz.
Patricia is survived by her Husband, whom she married in 2001, DeWayne Fultz. She leaves behind a lasting legacy with her children, Cindi Martinho and Wendy Besecker. Her siblings, Pam Farren, Curt (Sue) Westfall, Bill (Sharon) Westfall, Mary Dixon, and Joe Westfall. Also, her grandchildren, Jesse Paulus, Tricia Cost, Daniel Besecker, Alex Paulus, Cassie Littlepage, and Todd MacClennan. As well as her Great Grandchildren, Josie Littlepage and Grace Cost.
Patricia loved spending time at the beach and spending time in her garden. She also enjoyed painting over the years. Her favorite thing in the world had to be her pets. She loved her dog Luna and would often take her to the dog park. She also enjoyed the company of her cat, Petunia.
There will be no services, but friends are welcome to send Memorial contributions to the Breast Cancer Research Society in memory of Patricia.
