Paul James Shemo, age 70 of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 5:35 AM at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center, Greenville. Born in Troy, New York on October 17, 1953 he was a son to the late Dominick & Alice (Morrissey) Shemo. Paul was a proud United States Army Veteran, having served from 1973-1993, ending his career as a Staff Sergeant. He also taught history classes at various schools, something that he enjoyed very much. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife LaNita Shemo: brother David Shemo.
Survived by his daughter Shauna Belt: life-partner RaDonda Davis: siblings Mary Alice Shemo; Natalie & Tom Linder; John Shemo.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 8:00 AM-9:00 AM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
