Phillip Lee Wymer 61 of Lewisburg, OH passed away on June 27, 2024 surrounded by his loving family at Wayne HealthCare Hospice in Greenville, OH. He was born on March 19, 1963, to Ralph “P.I.” Wymer and Shirley (Brewer) Wiley.
Phil was a 1981 graduate of Union City Community High School. He worked as a machinist at U.T.C. Aerospace in Troy Ohio, attended Teegarden Congregational Christian Church, was a member of Masonic Lodge #596 Brookville, Ohio, and Valley of Dayton Scottish Rite.
Survivors include his wife Lisa Wymer of Lewisburg, OH, Mother Shirley (Larry) Wiley of Union City, IN, children Phylicia Wymer of Nashville, TN, Justin Wymer of Lewisburg, OH, Michael Wymer of New Bremen, OH, Joshua Wymer of Lewisburg, OH, brother Jack (Emily) Wymer of Union City, IN, mother-in-law Rosemary Rhoades of Union City, OH, and grandson Avery Wymer.
He was preceded in death by his father Ralph “P.I.” Wymer, son Thomas Wymer, and father-in-law Norman Rhoades.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday July 3, 2024, at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a Masonic Service will start at 1:00 pm with funeral services at 1:30 pm. Pastor Eric Knight will be officiating.
Burial will take place at Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester, IN.
