Richard “Rick” Lee Plessinger of New Weston, OH passed away on May 17, 2024, at his residence. He was born on November 7, 1957, to the late Joseph Plessinger and Mary Maloy Plessinger.
Rick loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed riding his Harley, traveling to the beach, watching the Bears, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with his friends. He would help anyone and give them the shirt off his back.
Survivors include his children Lacy (Steve) Thobe of Versailles, OH, Amber Plessinger-Williams (Chris Williams) of Greenville, OH, siblings, Joseph Plessinger of Indiana, Randy Plessinger of Indiana, George Plessinger of Union City, IN, Lori Stump of Gastonia, North Carolina, grandchildren Gabriel Werner, Zao Williams, and Devon Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Susie Nevil, and Patricia Brown.
A memorial visitation for Rick will be held at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN on Friday May 24, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Burial will take place later at the convenience of the family.
