Robert Lee Thwaits, 63, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024, at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
He was born on December 17, 1960, in Darke County, Ohio, to the late Leonard and Susie (Gibson) Thwaits.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Lena Bell.
Bob is survived by his wife, Rebecca Thwaits; his children, Crystal (Matthew Chandler) Bell and Alice Evans; his grandchildren, Shelby Evans, Chris Palmer, Astaria Carroll, Kaeleigh Carroll, and Bryauna Chandler; and his sister, Vickie Rutter, her husband and nephew, all of Arkansas.
Bob was a graduate of Greenville High School. He worked for Cooper Farms in their food processing division until he retired. In his free time, Bob enjoyed watching wrestling, traveling, and driving around town. He was known for his love of hugs, both giving and receiving. Bob had a strong faith, and often prayed to his guardian angel, Adam.
A private graveside service will be held in Greenville Union Cemetery.
