The Darke County Animal Shelter has a new dog available for adoption.
She got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and is heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Rue came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited and what we do know, is only from what we have observed. We believe Rue is a 11 weeks-old, female Poodle mix. Rue is a very sweet girl who loves all the attention she can get! Rue loves treats and to play! Rue has shown us she knows how to sit and will chew on toys and play with them! Rue is learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Rue was a PRO for her bath and great for nail trim and exam where she weighed in at 24.6 lbs.
