The T-Mobile store at the former China Garden restaurant location held its ribbon cutting ceremony together with the Darke County Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, May 20.
The store is open for business since May 12.
T-Mobile had already a strong customer base in Greenville and the surrounding area, but clients had to travel to Troy, Richmond or Englewood to visit a store.
“With this new store, the customers from Greenville don’t have to travel for 45 minutes to visit a T-Mobile store”, the store manager Dylan Marion said.
When T-Mobile planned to expand into small (rural) towns, Greenville just “fit the bill”, so Marion.
During the first few days the visitors especially asked for T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet Solution.
