The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Ash came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Ash is a 11-year-old, neutered male Shih Tzu Mix. Ash is super friendly boy who is looking for his forever home. Ash shown us that he loves treats and attention. Ash walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Ash did great for bath and exam where he weighs in at 10.4 lbs.Bobo came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Bobo is a 3-year-old, neutered male Lab Mix. Bobo is friendly boy who love attention. Bobo shown us that he knows how to sit, shake, plays ball and loves treats. Bobo is learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Bobo did great for bath and exam where he weighs in at 90 lbs.Buddy came to us as an owner surrender. We are told Buddy is 11 months old intact male Great Dane Mix. Buddy is looking for a forever home to give him love & attention! Buddy’s owners told us that Buddy it is great with kids, cats, dogs, chickens, crate trained and still working on housebreaking. Buddy is a very handsome boy who has shown us he knows how to sit, love to play rug-a-war and likes treats. Buddy doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter! Buddy did great for his bath, nail trim, and exam where he weighs in at 84.2 lbs.
