The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645
Charlotte came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own! We are told Charlotte is a 8-year-old spayed female Shepherd Mix. Charlotte’s owner told us that Charlotte is great with kids, cats, dogs, housebroken and crate trained. Charlotte is a very sweet girl who has shown us she knows how to sit, laydown and loves to be brushed! Charlotte learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Charlotte did great for her exam where she weighs in at 39.1 lbs.Heidi came to us as an owner surrender. We are told Heidi is a 8-year-old female Lab Mix. Heidi’s owner told us that Heidi is good with kids, dogs and was an outside dog. Heidi is very sweet girl who love attention and being outside. Heidi learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Heidi did great for exam where she weighs in at 63.5 lbs.Winny came to us as an owner surrender. We are told Winny is a 7-year-old female Golden Retriever Mix. Winny’s owner told us that Winny is good with kids, dogs and was an outside dog. Winny is very sweet girl who loves attention. Winny loves to be brushed out. Winny learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Winny did great for exam where she weighs in at 105 lbs.
