The Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs waiting for their fur-ever homes

The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.

They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.

The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645

Beebo came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Beebo is a 2-year-old, intact male Lab Mix. Beebo shown us that he knows how to sit, loves to play, likes treats and attention. Beebo is learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Beebo did great for his bath, nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 47 lbs.
Lilo came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Lilo a 1-year-old female Lab Mix. Lilo has shown us that she knows how sit, loves to play with toys and like treats. Lilo learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Lilo did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 32 lbs.
Val came to us as a stray, so our knowledge is very limited and only to what we have observed. We believe Val is a 8-year-old female Lab Mix. Val has shown us that she knows how sit, loves treats and likes to play fetch she will even bring the ball back to you! Val is a very friendly, sweet girl who loves attention and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Val did great for bath, nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 74lbs.
