- 6:30 PM Costume Contest & Parade Line Up at Wayne Cinema
- 7:00 PM Parade Starts Down Broadway, End as Circle
- 7:15 PM Costume Contest Award Ceremony at Circle
- 7:30 PM Trick-Or-Treat Begins
- 9:00 PM Beggars’ Bellies are Full & Their Beds are Calling for Them
