The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Dream came to us as a stray so are knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Dream is a 4-year-old female Chow Chow mix. Dream has shown us she knows how to sit and walks great on a leash! Dream is a very friendly girl who doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Dream did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where is weighs in at 46.8 lbs. Brownie came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own. We have been told Brownie is a 7-year-old, female Havanese Mix. Brownie is great with kids and other dogs. Brownie is a little scared here at the shelter, but she likes to be picked up and cuddled with. Brownie doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and she did great for her bath and exam where she weighed in at 12.5 lbs. Ashley came to us as a stray so are knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Ashley is a 3-year-old female Beagle mix. Ashley has shown us she knows how to sit and walks great on a leash and likes to lounge around! Ashley is a very sweet Beagle who loves all the attention! Ashley seems to love everyone she has met. Ashley doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Ashley did great for her nail trim, loved her bath and soaked up all the attention during her exam where she weighs in at 38 lbs.
