The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.
Mac came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Mac is a 7-month-old, intact male Shepherd Mix. Mac has shown us that he knows how to sit, shake, loves treats and attentions! Mac walks well on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Mac did great for his bath and exam where he weighs in at 44.2 lbs.
Minnie came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Minnie is a 1-Year-old female Jack Russell Mix. Minnie is a very sweet girl who loves attention. Minnie has shown us she knows how to sit, loves treats and to give kisses! Minnie walks well on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Minnie did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighed in at 17.2lbs
Jack came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Jack is a 1 1/2-year-old, neutered male Terrier Mix. Jack has shown us he knows how to sit, shake and loves treat. Jack love to play tug-a-war and chase after the ball. Jack learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Jack did great for his bath and exam where he weighed in at 55lbs
