Capstone Highlight of the Month: Nick Gehret is a senior and has been selected as the capstone highlight student of the month.
Nick is the son of Brian and Cheryl Gehret. Nick has worked over 1,500 hours at Bensman Welding since June of 2023. His responsibilities at Bensman Welding include: Welding – both stick and wire, cutting metal, and welding fabrication.
Matt Bensman, owner of Bensman Welding, is quoted by saying, “Nick is very dependable, always on time, stays on task, and is enjoyable to work with. He does a great job, does everything asked of him and more, and stays on task and busy.”
Nick’s future plans are to work full-time for Bensman Welding after graduation.
