Darke County Civic Theater… Murder Mystery/Dinner Theater at Montage Cafe

Columbus Day closing
Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area – Darke County will be closed Mon., Oct.  8th in honor of Columbus Day. This includes the Senior Meals Program and Metropolitan Housing Authority. Normal hours will resume on Tues., Oct. 9th. Transportation service available - Community Transportation will be in operation for those who need service through the JARC program Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 8th. Reservations should be made by Oct. 5th by calling 547-9129.

Cancer Support Group… Monthly meeting on Thursday, October 4
The cancer support group will hold their monthly meeting at Wayne Healthcare on the 3rd floor in the Conference Room on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 7 pm. Greenville Schools Foundation… Annual Silent Auction on tap for Oct. 13
The Greenville Schools Foundation has been busy planning for our Annual Silent Auction that will be held on October 13, 2012 at Romer’s. The doors will open at 5:00 pm with dinner beginning at 6:15 pm.  The menu for the evening will consist of beef chuck roast, golden fried chicken, green beans almondine, rice pilaf, au gratin potatoes, fresh garden salad and dessert. Flu Shot Clinic set at CAP
Community Action Partnership of Greater Dayton Area – Darke County, will be the site for a Flu Shot Clinic on Tues., Oct 2nd, from 10:30 noon to 1:00 pm, at the Senior Center, 1469 Sweitzer St., Greenville, OH. This will be a 3-in-1 shot, including H1N1, H3N2, and a B virus. Traditional Medicare and many insurances cover this. Comprehensive Health Network is providing the clinic and will take insurance billing information on site during the clinic. Participants are asked to bring their Medicare or insurance cards. Darke County Cancer Association… Bryson to sing at Gospel Concert
The Cancer Association of Darke County will hold their annual Gospel Sing on September 9.  Admission is free.  A love offering will be taken and all proceeds will go to the association to benefit cancer patients in Darke County.
