The Darke Soil and Water Conservation District will be conducting their annual fish sale. We will be offering largemouth bass, bluegill, channel catfish, yellow perch, black crappie, redear sunfish, hybrid bluegill, white amur and minnows. BBQ Chicken Fundraiser
GREENVILLE - First Congregational Christian Church, 115 West Fifth Street, will be having a BBQ Chicken Dinner Fundraiser to assist with the costs of its Christian Education for the coming year. Chicken Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance from the FCCC office or from any member of the church. You may call the church at 548-3575 to arrange ticket pickup. You can also contact Betsy Erwin at 417-6998 to purchase. The cost is $7 per ticket, and the meal includes BBQ chicken, chips, applesauce and a roll from Paul's BBQ. Pop and water will be available for purchase on the day of the event. Deadline to purchase tickets is September 11. Meals can be picked up at the FCCC Activity Building behind the church on September 18 from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. There will be a drive thru service offered in the alley between Fifth Street and Dever Street or you can enjoy your meal in the Activity Building.
