
Greenville, OH – The Membership Committee of the Greenville Business & Professional Women’s Club (BPW) hosted the April 9th meeting held at the Birchwood Training Center, on Jaysville St. Johns Road, Greenville. The committee consisted of Chair Susan Fowble, and members Desteni Mason, Leah Dumas, Linda Kendig, Dorothy Poeppelman and Alyssa Holiday.
The Membership Committee recognized four new members joining the local Club this year. They are Katie Gabbard, Carey Lee, Melissa Muhlenkamp and Samantha Porter. Welcome! The increase in members not only strengthens the club’s presence in the community but expands opportunities for service, collaboration, and connection among members.
The 2025-2026 BPW Scholarship winners and parents were invited to attend the meeting to be recognized for their success! The winners were: Alivia Addis (Franklin Monroe), Mekedes Butsch (Tri Village), Paige Gehret, Brooke Bergman (Versailles), Isabel Badell Ava Good, Yoselin Nielsen (Greenville), and Olivia Schmitmeyer (Ansonia). Tessa Riehle of Tipp City, Ohio was the recipient of the Anna Britton Scholarship. She is the granddaughter of member Kathy O’Dell.
The Greenville BPW Club’s mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information. The Club holds fundraisers through the year to raise money to grant scholarships to the young women of Darke County. The Club meets the second Thursday of every month for a dinner meeting.
