GREENVILLE, OH — Need help navigating today’s technology? Greenville Public Library invites community members to stop by Tech Help Express on Wednesday, July 15, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This free drop-in program provides one-on-one assistance with a variety of technology questions. Whether you need help learning the basics of your smartphone, downloading apps, navigating a tablet, using email, accessing digital library resources, or troubleshooting common technology issues, library staff will be available to help.
Tech Help Express is designed for all skill levels and offers a welcoming environment where participants can receive personalized assistance at their own pace. No appointments are necessary, and attendees may stop in anytime during the two-hour session.
“Technology can sometimes feel overwhelming, but a little guidance can make a big difference,” said Nikki Levek, Programming Specialist at Greenville Public Library. “Tech Help Express gives community members the opportunity to ask questions, build confidence, and learn new skills in a relaxed and supportive setting.”
Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, or e-readers, along with any passwords or account information they may need during the session.
No registration is required for this free drop-in event.
