Ohioans preparing for Medicare open enrollment, which runs from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, can learn what’s new for 2027 during a virtual Medicare Town Hall hosted by the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) on Sept. 29. Registration is required.
During the town hall, OSHIIP staff will explain key Medicare changes and share ways Ohioans can save on prescription drug and premium costs. They also will provide information to help participants prepare for open enrollment and make informed decisions about their Medicare coverage.
Participants will also learn how to enroll in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Advantage Health Plan.
