We are excited to announce that Greenville City Schools is partnering with FinalForms for ALL student registration and information updates to make it easier and more convenient for families. Currently, we use FinalForms for athletics.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE COMPLETE THIS STEP FIRST
Before you can create or access your FinalForms account, you MUST have a current parent/guardian email address on file with Greenville City Schools.
If you do not have an email address on file with the school, or if you need to update your email address, please email your building secretary:
Greenville Elementary (K – 4): Susan Gettinger at sgettinger@gcswave.com
Greenville Middle School (5 – 8): Jennifer Manix at jennifermanix@gcswave.com
Greenville High School (9 – 12): Brittany Harrod at brittanyharrod@gcswave.com
Please include your name, your student’s name, and your student’s grade level in the email.
What is FinalForms?
FinalForms allows parents and guardians to complete and electronically sign required student forms online. One of the biggest benefits is that FinalForms saves your information from year to year, so you will not need to enter the same information repeatedly.
FinalForms also:
- Pre-populates information for each of your students whenever possible.
- Allows you to review and update your information at any time.
- Keeps important student information in one convenient location.
- Allows required forms to be signed electronically each school year and whenever information is updated.
Getting Started
Step 1: Make sure your current email address is on file with Greenville City Schools.
Step 2: Once your email address is on file, follow the instructions in the attached FinalForms Current Parent Playbook or FinalForms New Parent Playbook to create and access your account.
Step 3: Complete and electronically sign the required forms for each of your students.
If you need assistance while using FinalForms, scroll to the bottom-right corner of the FinalForms page and select “Get Help.” Please also open the attached Parent Playbooks for assistance as well.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we transition to FinalForms. This new system will help Greenville City Schools streamline paperwork, keep student information current, and make the registration process easier for our families.
