PITSBURG - In 50 years of the Jet Holiday Tournament, a record was
broken Saturday in the championship game between Franklin Monroe and
Tri-Village. The record was for the least amount of points scored in a
game. With the two high-powered offenses unable to generate point
production, 70 points scored would result in a 41-29 Tri-Village

only one thing from his team. Four quarters of basketball. Saturday

that. Mississinawa Valley put three players in double figures led by
Brandon Byers and Carson Stump with 19, Dane Blumenstock 18 but it was

Monroe Athletic Director and girls basketball coach Gavin Spitler has
announced dates of re-scheduled games. In addition to the make-up game
at Twin Valley South on January 5 starting at 11 a.m., the Lady Jets
will host Tri-County North on February 9 at noon, and will play at
National Trail on Tuesday, February 5 starting at 5:30 p.m. Also the
boys varsity game scheduled with Ft. Recovery will be played January 6
at 6 p.m. at Ft. Recovery.
