G.H.S. Vocal Music Students Prepare for a Virtual Christmas Concert
GREENVILLE, OH – The GHS Vocal Music Holiday Concert, “What Christmas
Means to Me” is scheduled for Monday, December 21st at 7:00pm. This
annual event will take place virtually. You can find the
performance Monday evening by visiting the Greenville City Schools
Facebook Page, the GHS Vocal Music Boosters Facebook Page, or going to
YouTube and searching “GHS IMTV” or “IMTV What Christmas Means to Me”.
The concert will begin with “What Christmas Means to Me” and
“Underneath the Tree”, featuring the Wavaires. The Girls Glee
will perform “Charlie Brown Christmas” and “Let it Snow”, and Collage
will be performing “Santa Bring My Baby Back”, “Santa Baby” and
“Rockin’ Holidays”. Concert Choir will also perform “O Come, All
Ye Faithful” and “Someday at Christmas”. The concert will
conclude with the Wavaires performing “Carol of the Bells” and “Getting
in the Mood for Christmas”. Various solo acts will be broadcast between
the group selections.
The Vocal Music Department is excited to present this virtual
performance to the community. All C.D.C., Greenville City Schools, and
Darke County Health Department guidelines have been met to safely
present this evening of entertainment. The GHS Choirs are directed by
Mrs. Chelsea Whirledge. Mr. Christopher Andres is the Vocal Music
