Cody Nicholas Schaar
Cody Nicholas Schaar, 28, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly
from a motorcycle accident early Saturday morning, May 30, 2020.
Cody was born on July 13, 1991, in Greenville Ohio to Linda Mogle, of
Greenville, and Randy Mogle of New Madison, Ohio.
Cody had many hobbies and interest, most of which involved speed. He
loved derby cars, Hondas and fast motorcycles. He enjoyed watching
Steeler games and professional wrestling. Most of all he loved his
friends and spending time with them. You could find him at J & M
Tire, where he worked, hanging out and having a good time. In the words
of his friends, Cody loved "drinking beer and raising hell". Cody has
been reunited with his close friend, Blake Tamplin, who was lost
earlier this year.
In addition to his parents, Cody is survived by his siblings, Randy
Mogle, Joseph (Marissa Vieths) Mogle, Lindsey Mogle, and Tiffany Mogle;
his half-siblings, Melody Schaar and Michael (Dawn) Schaar; and his
step-siblings, Megan Shaneyfelt and Chris (Katie) Shaneyfelt; his
grandmother, Shirley Kinnison; his stepmother, Ida Mogle; and his
beloved miniature pinscher, Goliath, who Cody called his "son". Cody
also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Connor, Brooklyn, Dreyden,
Jaysen, Hunter, Haisley, Brooke, Mattie, Rilee, Kloee, Nevaeh, Carson,
Gauge, Novah, Remington, Michael, Scott, Jordan, Aydreyn, and Ryker.
Cody will be missed by his family friend and mentor, Glenn Mitchell,
his companion, Tieysha, his close friend, Johnny Simpson; and his boss
at J & M Tire, Barry Parin.
A
Celebration of Cody's life will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 6,
2020, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus. A private burial
will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Guests are invited to visit with Cody's family and friends on Saturday,
from 2:00 PM until the time of the service at 4:00 PM at the funeral
home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset
Cody's final expense.
